1 | PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Our training in Math, Reading, Science, and Writing provides teachers with the tools they need to help their students achieve the highest levels of success in the classroom and on the STAAR® Test.
In each of our training sessions we explain each TEKS SE, provide strategies to teach each TEKS SE, and describe how each TEKS SE will be assessed on STAAR®. This 3-step approach has proven to be incredibly successful and has led to incredible results on STAAR®.
2 | MODEL LESSONS
We take the critical thinking skills discussed in the professional development and show teachers and faculty how to implement them.
Our goal is to introduce a skill, practice the skill, and assess the skill with the groups of students we are working with on each campus.
3 | INTERVENTIONS
Some students may still need some extra help as we near the STAAR® testing dates. That’s where our intervention plan comes in.
Select groups of up to 15 students for our experts to work with. We provide an intensive program that gives those students the extra help they need to pass.
